I am sorry that happened Raymond. I wish mine would at least stay running more than 5 minutes and doesn't die. It sounds really good though when it does run. Also, I have a leak somewhere and I can't tell if it is the rear main seal or the oil sump. Going to pull the motor as well to investigate further. I am not sure if I will get the car done this year.

I checked them and none are leaking. I haven't seen this type of leak before, so I am not sure where it is coming from. It is very frustrating.
Money is the problem lack of it that is slowing me down. I have to pull the heads off as well because they are not sealing from the cylinder to the head. I have to see why.

I had them machined to be all even with the piston and cylinder for each rod so all are even. I will check on this though, maybe when it started and ran something went out of wack. I think it is because of using 10mm head studs and how tight it was to put the heads on when assembling it. I thought I extended the holes enough, however I must have not done well on one cylinder. I am not as ambitious with finishing it now since I am having trouble after trouble when assembling this motor. I am thinking about starting to buy the turbo parts and not race this season and go turbo for next year. It depends on my mood and right now, I don't want to work on it.

you have a good chance of your problems doubling if you don't get it running right before the turbo stuff goes on there. turbos don't solve problems
