Crow Racing Transmissions, is the title sponsor of this race, and will contribute a $150 cash bonus.This will be awarded in conjunction with the normal track payout. Thanks, David!

In addition:

• TVWDRA points series sponsor O'Reilly Auto Parts will add an addt'l $150 to the pot.
  
• Austin Vee-Dub will also contribute $150 cash to the event purse.
• Kenny Hill's Autowerks dropped a $150 chunk of moolah into the cash box.
• Signtek has bumped the payout by another $150 in cool cash.
• Vintage Wizard is on board with another $150 wad of bills.
• Motormania will chip in $100 cashola.
• Underground VW is down for adding $100 cash to the kitty.
• RE/MAX Burnet will throw in an extra $50 cash.
• $50 cash from the Unlimited Street South (USS) folks.

That's $1200 in bonus cash & prizes - whoohoo!!

NOTE: Everyone is eligible to win the sponsor bonuses at this race (TVWDRA member or otherwise).

This event will be a TVWDRA points race (#10), with the following details, fees, and payouts:
    * Spectator/general admission fees are $15.00 per person.
    * VW racers will be running the 1/8 MILE at this event
    * Each VW racer will be eligible to make 2 regular time trials prior to the start of eliminations.

VW BRACKET CLASS
    * Entry fee is $25.00 (plus $15 for track admission).
    * "Buy backs" will be allowed in the bracket class. Anyone that loses in the first round will be eligible to buy back into the race. There will be no buy backs for subsequent rounds of racing. The cost for buy backs is $20.00. TVWDRA members who buy back in will NOT receive points for rounds won after after buying in.
    * Class bonus payout ($1000 total!): Winner $400/Runner up $200/Semi finalists $100 ea.(x2)/Quarter finalists $50 ea.(x4)
    * Bonus money will be paid in addition to the normal track payouts.

VW STREET CLASS
    * Entry fee is $10.00 (plus $15 track admission).
    * Street car guys & gals, this is your chance to go down the track, fast or slow, with no pressure. Race your buddies in a controlled environment, and get a "time slip" to back up your bragging!
    * VW STREET class entries must have Department of Transportation (DOT) legal tires, current registration, and inspection. Delay boxes/timers, throttle stops, and air or electric shifters are prohibited. The use of RPM limiting devices (i.e., a "Two Step") is allowed. Open to all Volkswagen powered vehicles.
    * Class payout: Winner $100 / Runner up $50 / Semi finalists $25 ea.(x2).

There's always been something special about Little River...

Oh yeah - Little River is way cool!

For those of you who may be curious about the current condition of the racing surface (especially in light of the last time that the TVWDRA visited Little River), it was resurfaced over the winter.

The word is that "the track is back" and has plenty of bite - even enough for V8 Pro Stock and Pro Mods that have been running at LRD this season.

He stopped taking my calls. Yes, we will be paying out deep into rounds. Probably into quarters with the amount funds raised so far. I'll post a payout structure soon. This will be a very nice paying race. Everyone needs to attend.
